CITTAMANI TARA PRACTICE CITTA means Ultimate Consciousnesse MANI means Ultimate Bodhicitta TARA means Ultimate Energy of Freedom from Delussion Based on: the Lineage of the Cittamani Tara practice was transmitted by Pabongka Rinpoche, who received the lineage directly from Tagpu Pemavajra (The Fourth Takpu, Pema Vajra Jampel Tenpai Ngodrub (b.1876 - d.1935), H.E Chöden Rinpoche (b.1931- d.2015) Purification mantras came from The Dhāraṇīs That Encapsulate the Essence of the Kangyur, the Collected Words of the Buddha, revealed by Guru Chökyi Wangchuk (b.1212 - d.1270) Bodhicitta and Dedciations prayers came from Gar Dampa Chodingpa Lineage (b.1180 - d.1240) Jikten Gonpo Rinchen Pel (b.1143 - d.1217) This sadhana practice is intended only for those people who have received this Cittamani Mahaanuttarayogatantra initiation from a qualified Lama. It combines meditation practices of Dzogchen with Vajrayana, rooted in Mahamudra, including purifications from Great Kangyur. This practice concentrates on actualizing completion stage. It has been compiled and included prayers based on required Tantric Sadhana style points: LoJong, Prajnapramita, Wovs, Generation and Completion, Offerings and Dedications. Original portrait of H.E.
